1、 酒店台布在用餐之后要马上清洁。可选用醋、盐等浸泡桌布再清洗,这样效果更佳。清洗醋、酒、糖、盐等可融于水的污渍,可将桌布浸泡三分钟,取出清洗、甩干就能洗掉糖、酒、醋、盐于水的污渍。

2、油脂及蛋白质污渍可用碱性溶液去除。具体方法是取5L清水加入5ml碱溶液,待完全溶解后,放入桌布煮沸5分钟,待桌布上的油污和蛋渍完全消失后,取出清洗。

3、 色素类污渍可用漂白剂除色,然后在清洗。具体方法是取5L清水加入漂白剂50g,搅拌均匀将桌布浸入5钟,待全部色渍消除后清洗、甩干、晾干。这步是消除色素并杀菌消毒。
